Returns and exchanges are NOT ALLOWED for special orders (i.e. made-to-order orders, custom orders, and/or international orders). For returnable items, we ask you to include the item(s), unworn and in their original condition, with the sales receipt, original packaging, and all tags in place. Only exchanges for products equal to or greater than the positivo MSRP or retail price are acceptable, provided that the product meets all the requirements herein. Returns must be made within 7 days of the original delivery.
Late Returns – Returns postmarked between 8-14 days of the original delivery are considered late and will be exchanged for store credit only with a 10% restocking fee. Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted.
To return an item, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- The RMA number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return (item must be returanble and/or exchangeble according to the herein language and requirements) for a refund within 7 days from delivery (excluding shipping and handling charges).
START A RETURN
Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from positivo.shop. The cost of shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your total refund. You can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by completing the below RMA Request Form. Include your Order Number, Name, and Reason for Return. We will respond to you via email within 24 hours or by the next business day, whichever is applicable.
Some items on positivo.shop may be considered special items and may have a limited return policy (please see the Special Orders section below). All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new, unused condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees.
All returned or exchanged items must be:
- Returned within 7 days.
- In new condition.
- In original packaging.
- Must include all original packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, et cetera, if applicable.
- Ship via insured ground service (i.e. – USPS, UPS, FedEx) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
At its decresion, positivo reserves the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear and/or damage.
- Any parts of or related to the item are missing.
- Time restrictions are not met by the customer.
- Any other applicable herein stated restrictions.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact a member of our customer service team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to you within 24 hours or by the next business day, whichever is applicable.
Items under 150 USD do not have a restocking fee. Select items sold on positivo.shop may be considered a “Special Order” and subject to a limited return policy and may not be returnable at all. A “Special Order” may be:
- Items that are preorder cannot canceled, changed, returned after 3 days of the purchase date.
- Items that we do not have in our warehouse.
- Items that we do not have listed on our website.
- Items that are engraved or custom in any way.
- All made-to-Order items.
- All orders that have a sale price equal to or greater than $4,000.
- All international orders (any orders shipped outside of the conterminous United States).
The return of these items/orders (if returnable at all) will have a restocking fee of 10-30% unless otherwise agreed by positive management via mail, fax, e-mail, or phone.
